3D CAD Services
Our team’s core competency is designing in a 3D space, and we strive to provide the highest degree of service in a multitude of formats. All of our designers work in-house and our projects are never out-sourced, which keeps communication easy and quick.

Mechanical Design
Form derived from function, and function that serves form. This is the design philosophy we strive to achieve in all facets of design. This is most important when it comes to mechanical design.
With experience on the shop floor and in the lab, our dedicated team of engineers account for every detail. From reliability to manufacturability, and everything in between. Our design process revolves around four principles; knowing the tech, knowing the material, understanding the environment, and understanding the stress/forces at play. To round it out, our in-house prototyping capabilities help us verify solutions with analogous materials.
Reverse Engineering
Have a physical part but no 3D model of it. Our team can non-invasively re-create digital duplicates that function just like the original. Using a combination of 3D scanning and manual measuring, our results are significantly more accurate than our competitors.
Projects including reverse engineering of non-mechanical components (e.g. PCB’s, textiles, etc.) are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Electrical Design
With an increasingly digital landscape, the integration of electronics hardware into mechanical assemblies is inevitable. That is why we offer our extensive experience designing multi-layered PCB assemblies from the ground up to you.
Our electrical engineers specialize in the development of microcontrollers, battery management modules, USB interface devices, and human interface devices.
Our Development Tools
In addition to the software listed below, we are capable of importing/exporting virtually all 2D and 3D file formats. Please contact us with questions about specific file formats, as well as, team integration.
